2ozfeta crumbles

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, red onion, spinach, feta crumbles, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly with your hands, then divide into 4 equal balls. Press into thick patties and set aside.
For bulk prep, make 4 patties per pound of turkey. If you want meatballs, divide each pound into 10 to 12 balls.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the patties and cook for 5 minutes per side, checking the internal temperature is 160℉ before removing from the pan.
For meatballs, bake at 400℉ for 20-25 minutes, or until they are browned and reach 160°F.
Let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
